3. Mobile app

We provide a mobile app for you to use that can be downloaded onto your mobile device. You have the rights described below, when using this. However, we have no control over this collection of data and are not responsible for it. We process this data where it is required to enable the app to be downloaded onto your smartphone. It is not stored after this.

For advertising purposes, we use the Google Advertiser ID and the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). This data is a unique but non-personalised and non-permanent identification number for a particular terminal device that is provided by the device manufacturer. The data collected with this is not associated with other information related to the device. We use this ID to provide you with personalised advertising and to analyse your usage. 4. Processing of data by app stores

To be able to purchase and install the app, where appropriate, you must first conclude a user agreement with a third-party supplier such as iTunes SARL or Google, Inc. 6. Revocation policy

6.1 Right of revocation

If he/she is a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code, the user has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
